We read every enquiry and answer by e-mail. For a problem with the map itself, the feedback button inside the map reaches us faster.
What happens to your enquiry
- It is stored in IntMap's database (Supabase) and read only by IntMap's administrators.
- It is used to answer you and for nothing else — no newsletter and no list is built from it.
- Enquiries are deleted 730 days after they arrive; one marked as spam after 30 days. Ask us and we delete yours sooner.
- Your network address is not stored. To limit abuse, the number of messages per connection is counted under a one-way code.
